Hi Lovelies! I'm Nicole "Byrdie" Hawkins
With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, I absolutely love what I do. I’m Aveda-certified through the Carsten Institute in Scottsdale, AZ, where I spent eight years perfecting my craft before returning to my roots here in Oregon. I worked in Northwest Portland, then found my salon family of 13 years at J Meyer Salon in West Linn (sadly closed in 2019). It was time to spread my wings and take a leap of faith as a sole entrepreneur—launching Byrdie! Hair MD ✨️ in Oregon City.
Today, I love all things color: balayage, blonding, dimensional color, highlighting, and so forth. I also specialize in game-changing transformations like color correction and Brazilian Blowouts. You can expect results that truly fit you—your lifestyle, your vibe. You sparkle from the inside out. I am honored to be your Hair MD.
